Construction inspection<\/h2>\n

Our inspectors are independent and have no interest in a high or low sales price. As a result, they are optimally able to objectively identify defects.<\/p>\n

After a building inspection you know exactly what the condition of the house is. Our inspector pays attention to the condition of the roofing, the painting and the construction. He advises on renovation options and repair work. Any overdue maintenance is also mapped out in an architectural report, as are the costs of repair. That way you know exactly where you stand.<\/p>\n

You can include the architectural report in the negotiations or even use it as a resolutive condition in a preliminary purchase contract. Having a building inspection carried out can provide a lot of peace and clarity. After all, you don’t buy a house every week!<\/p>\n
