Who is De Bree Real Estate?
After years of working as a manager at a large real estate agency, Erik de Bree decided to start his own business in 2010. “I made private real estate my specialism and successfully. I should have done it much sooner, because this is so much fun!”
The first few years Erik mainly performed valuations, which enabled him to earn a good living. “Nowadays we are completely part of it; we sell a lot of homes, we also buy a lot of homes for our customers, but we also still value in nice numbers.”
In 2014, the Bree real estate team was strengthened with the first real office employee at its own office in Koog aan de Zaan. In 2016, this address had already become too small, partly due to a further expansion of the team. De Bree real estate is currently located on the corner of Julianastraat and Raadhuisstraat, from here the entire Zaan housing market is served by five enthusiastic team members. Every team member knows the ins and the outs, which allows us to keep lines short and everyone can answer your questions.
What does De Bree real estate excel in? “We take great pleasure in making our customers as satisfied as possible, which results in (very) high ratings and a lot of pastries for us. For our customers, this means high sales prices and short lead times. When purchasing a home, we negotiate the lowest possible price for our customers. With us, the customer really comes first. Speed is also very important to us. For example, we promise with valuations that we can deliver an excellent report, validated and all, within 48 hours of recording!
De Bree real estate strives to stay just one step ahead of the competition by responding quickly to developments and we do not shy away from resources.
