DE BREE REAL ESTATE | REQUEST ENERGY LABEL

Energy Label

Every home must have a definitive energy label when it is sold or rented out. This label gives an idea of how energy-efficient the house is. In 2015, every home received a provisional energy label. This provisional energy label must be made final before sale. And De Bree real estate can help you with that.

Together with our specialists, we look at your home. Attention is paid to energy-saving measures such as insulation, glazing and heating. Is the provisional energy label correct? Then we will finalize this label for you. Isn’t it right? Then we will request a new label for you. This way you will not be faced with unpleasant surprises when selling your house.

Do you need a definitive energy label for the sale or rental of your home? Please contactus or visit our office in Koog aan de Zaan. We are happy to discuss the options with you. The coffee is ready!

Questions about our services?

Is an energy label mandatory?
Yes, of course. Since 1 January 2015, it is mandatory to provide an energy label when selling a home. If you do not yet have an energy label or if you want to renew it, you can easily arrange this via this page of the central government.
What does the buyer's obligation to investigate entail?
Where the selling party the duty of disclose has, has the purchasing party an obligation to investigate. The buyer is expected to examine both the architectural and legal condition of the home. This is also a good reason to engage a buyer’s broker, so that you can be sure that all important matters have been carefully researched.
What are resolutive conditions?
When buying a house, the buyer can have resolutive conditions included in the purchase agreement to guarantee the chance that the purchase can be dissolved if the conditions are not met. Resolutive conditions often relate to obtaining financing, the National Mortgage Guarantee and a building inspection.
